Urban Legend

Minecraft, who doesn't know this popular game?, Starting from children to adults must have known this one popular game. Game was developed and made by Sweden Markus Persson, released by Mojang in 2011 and was purchased by Microsoft in 2014, by combining it with Creature. This game becomes very popular because it presents interesting games that can arouse our creativity when playing, but do you know? If this entertaining and interesting game has several horror stories and some interesting urban legends to discuss.

Herobrine

It is said that in the world of Minecraft, Notch accidentally created a Herobrine figure who now haunts Minecraft servers around the world.Herobrine first appeared as a creepypasta, where it is said to leave strange structures in the game that are certainly not generated automatically by seed code, such as a pyramid made of sand, and a long tunnel measuring 2x2.

Herobrine himself appeared for the first time on a Brocraft stream named Copeland, where he saw a character who had skin like Steve, but with white eyes.  Then from here the Herobrine stories began to become a trend among fans of the Minecraft conspiracy. There are several theories as to the origins from which Herobrine emerged,For example, there is a theory that this Herobrine is Notch's younger brother who has died and that somehow Notch's brother was able to hack into the Notch application. But this one theory is very wrong, because Notch has no siblings. However, there are several more theories which state that Herobrine is a kind of virus that has intelligence and some say that Herobrine is just a player's imagination. There are also some people who claim to have discovered the fact that Herobrine is just a skin taped to the door, giving a picture of Herobrine like in his photo. Now many people think that Herobrine is just something that is not real but there are some people who still believe about Herobrine's existence and these people are mostly from among children.

I also discovered the story where Herobrine's origins began:

"I just started a new world in single-player Minecraft.  Everything was normal at first because I started cutting trees.  I saw something moving in the thick fog (I have a very slow computer that I have to play slowly).  I thought it was a cow, so I chased after it, hoping to grab some skins for armor.

But it's not a cow.  I saw it was another character with the default skin, but his eyes were empty.  I saw the name didn't appear, and I checked to make sure I wasn't in multiplayer mode.  He didn't stay long, he stared and quickly ran into the fog. I was terrified, but he was gone.

I continue the game.  As I walked further along, I saw things that looked out of the map scrambled, 2x2 tunnels in the rocks, tiny perfect pyramids made of sand in the sea, and groves of trees with all their leaves cut off.  I always saw the "other players" in a deep fog, but never got a better look. I tried to get closer so I could see it better, but to no avail.

I went to the forums to see if anyone else had found the "other person."  There is no. I created my own topic telling of the man and asked if anyone had a similar experience.  My posts are always deleted within five minutes. I tried again, and the post topic was deleted faster.  I received a Message from the username 'Herobrine' which contains one word: '. Stop 'When I went to see Herobrine's profile page, it only had a 404 page (error / Not found).

I received an email from another forum user.  He claims Admin can read forum users' messages, so we are safer using email.  The email he sent claims that he has seen the mystery player as well, and has small 'data' of other users who have seen him as well.

About a month passed until I heard information from my informants again.  Several people have met this mysterious man who was always looking for the name Herobrine and found that the name was often used by Swedish gamers.  After some gathering of more information, it was revealed that the herobrine was the brother of Notch, the game developer. I personally emailed Notch, and I asked him if he had any siblings.  It took a while, but he emailed me back with a very short message.

I have a brother, but he is no longer with us, and is dead.

I haven't seen a mysterious man since our first meeting.  I was able to press 'print screen' when I first saw it.

this is the only proof of His existence:

From this I can conclude that Herobrine is just a character or can be called just a character from a creepypasta story that was shared on the internet to entertain Minecrafter and became very popular and eventually the story became an urban legend.
